Happy New Year
We hope that you and Yours stayed safe and healthy over the last several months and that you continue to do so. We still work hard to keep things safe from our side with our Touchpoint 30 program and keeping to the social distancing & masking rules. This has slowed us down in a few areas with some aspects such as suppliers is out of our control. We do strive for amazing however sometimes that falls short in our expectations.
The world and our community around us seems to change every day. With every new challenge, we want to thank you, our wonderful clients, for being so patient and kind during 2021 and 2022.

Scotia Auto Glass Report:
This has been a challenging couple of months and I hope all of you are well and doing your best while moving forward. This has been a difficult time for all Canadians but we will get through this together.
Although the first few weeks of the pandemic were challenging..... we have remained open and have adapted logistics, schedules and services to meet most of our clients needs. We have moved to 98% mobile service to ensure safety of clients and staff during auto glass services. The other 2% we have our OE camera Techs - Lane departure warning, Eyesight, camera lane assist calibrations usually have to be completed in a controlled shop environment.
Social distancing and updated cleaning methods lead us to developing our “Touchpoint 30” Disinfection Cleaning Program. Our program is designed to identify high traffic and touch points, where, when and which PPE needs to be used while servicing clients automotive needs. We have added Lexan glass partitions in our trucks to separate driver and passenger so they feel safer.
We have always designed and fabricated special glass for all sorts of projects and now we make sneeze guards and partitions for small businesses to get them opened as economically as possible.
So much has changed in the last 3 months, from loss of staff, strategic plans pivoting, "free gas", glass supply challenges, staying the "Blazes home", baking bread to family home schooling.
I don't know the future and I'm sure we will be fine but for now I can dream and work a plan for next week, then the next.
Feel and stay safe while opening,Thank you, Ron
